Telemis Celebrates 24 Consecutive Years of Profitability
The PACS, Digital Pathology and Healthcare Business Intelligence provider reports €12.4M in revenue for 2025-2026.
Telemis closed its 2025-2026 financial year with revenue of €12,423,490 and a net profit of €1,646,963, marking its twenty-fourth consecutive year of profitability. Supported by a loyal customer base and a recognised quality of service, Telemis now serves 463 sites across Europe and the Middle East, and continues to expand into key territories while demonstrating its capacity for innovation.
Business Intelligence and dose management
Over the year, Telemis made substantial progress across its product range. Its Intuitus-powered cockpits, which give imaging departments real-time performance dashboards, are now deployed in 27 healthcare facilities. The DACS (Dose Archiving and Communication System) module also maintained strong momentum. Designed to meet country-specific regulatory requirements (AFCN in Belgium, BfS in Germany, OFSP in Switzerland, the Division de la radioprotection in Luxembourg, ISIN in Italy and ASNR in France), it has attracted significant interest across Europe since its first deployments. DACS enables imaging departments to track and manage each patient’s radiation dose history over time.
France: DRIMBox accreditation under the Ségur programme
As one of the top three medical imaging software providers in France, Telemis continued to win new customers while retaining its entire existing customer base. As part of France’s national Ségur de la Santé programme, the Telemis DRIMBox team worked intensively throughout FY26 to meet government requirements. This effort led to Telemis being among the first vendors accredited for the DRIMBox, a testament to the team’s commitment and the quality of its work.
Germany: accelerating momentum and a first digital pathology reference
Momentum accelerated in Germany in FY26, with thirteen sites upgrading to the latest version of Telemis-Medical. In addition, TM-Microscopy, Telemis’ digital pathology solution, secured its first German reference at MVZ Niederrhein in Duisburg. Moving to digital pathology requires both a willingness to change and investment. The Duisburg practice shows that embracing digitalisation brings together a better working environment for the team and diagnostic excellence for patients. As Dr. Mühleisen, at MVZ Niederrhein, puts it: “Anyone who still hesitates today is losing touch with modern medicine. Digital pathology, with TM-Microscopy, is not a threat, but the most powerful tool we have ever had.”
Customer satisfaction
Telemis’ annual customer survey once again produced a positive Net Promoter Score of +32, reflecting the strength of its market position. Respondents particularly praised the quality of service, the team’s availability and the efficiency of the products.
A long-standing commitment to sustainability
For many years, Telemis has embedded the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into its activities by promoting health, education and equality. The company provides long-term support to many local and international associations and partners. Its environmental commitment is reflected in rigorous carbon footprint management. Here is a non-exhaustive list of humanitarian organisations we supported during the FY 26: Fondation Jolimont, R’Âme de vie, ImaGYN’air,...
Stephane Ketelaer, CEO of the Telemis Group, commented this year's results at the general assembly of shareholders: “Twenty-four consecutive years of profitability is first and foremost the result of our teams’ dedication and our customers’ trust. This year, our DRIMBox accreditation in France and our first digital pathology reference in Germany show that our long-term strategy pays off. We will keep investing in innovation so that imaging and pathology departments have the tools they need to deliver the best possible care.”
