Implementation of upload features for our web application
Telemis is a medical equipment company specializing in PACS/MACS solutions, digital pathology, and
Business Intelligence for healthcare. Its products help healthcare facilities, private practices, and so on, to efficiently manage medical imaging and healthcare data. At Telemis, we cultivate a close-knit atmosphere where mutual support and spontaneous collaboration are the norm.
Project Objective
The project aims to add a feature inside our web solution to allow the upload of medical information (PDF, images) on existing or new patients/cases.
Context
TM-Microscopy is a comprehensive solution designed to digitalize anatomical pathology departments, offering advanced archiving and sharing of macro, micro, and whole slide imaging. This 100% web-based platform supports on-screen diagnosis, remote work, and multi-site collaboration, providing pathologists with tools for image visualization, annotation, and measurement from any location. It seamlessly integrates with existing LIS/DMI, various slide scanners, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions, enhancing diagnostic capabilities and supporting research and education.
Internship Objectives (adapted depending on duration and skill level)
- Our system allows the users to visualise medical results through a web interface. But sometimes the medical users want to add some elements to the record, by drag & dropping local files into the system.
- The projects aims to
- Implement an upload feature inside a specifically visualised case, taking all the patient/case information from the current context.
- Provide a new graphical user interface to add some MIME files on an existing patient/case or create a new patient/case with the uploaded documents.
- The solution must be responsive to work on smartphone, and be able to capture the smartphone photocamera
