Support Engineer Toulouse

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Support Engineer, you will have several roles:

  • Handling customer support requests
  • Following up customer requests on site and remotely
  • Training our customers
  • Installing and updating our software.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in a similar function desired
  • Good IT understanding (Network, Operating Systems)
  • Committed to delivering high quality work
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Initiator, while still appreciating team work
  • Experience in medical image management is an asset (e.g. DICOM, HL7)
